Our Role as a Distributor

Aadinath Investment operates as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. The primary role of a mutual fund distributor is to help investors access mutual fund products, support transaction execution, and recommend suitable schemes based on investor profile, financial goals, and product relevance.

Mutual fund distributors may provide only incidental guidance related to mutual fund recommendations and are not permitted to provide investment advice or financial planning unless separately registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser.

Execution-Only Situations

If an investor chooses to proceed with a transaction that is not aligned with the normal suitability-based approach, an appropriate written communication or acknowledgement may be obtained and maintained as part of the compliance and servicing process.

Communication Standards

Aadinath Investment may explain mutual fund product features, category behaviour, process-related aspects, and suitability factors relevant to distribution. However, such communication should not be interpreted as personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or financial planning unless separately permitted and registered under the applicable regulatory framework.

Investors should treat mutual funds as market-linked products and should not rely on any expectation of assured or guaranteed returns unless specifically stated in a legally valid and product-supported manner.
